Each class we offer requires different types of equipment. In general, the below items will allow you to fully participate in most classes:
- A sturdy chair or barre
- An exercise mat
- Light dumbbells (no more than 5lbs each)
- Sliders
- An 84" heavy-resistance band
- A 6" x 36" foam roller
- A 9" sponge ball
